Early Spending of Life
Cruz David Beckham was born on 20 February 2005 at a hospital in Madrid, Spain, while his father played for Real Madrid. His first name, which means “cross” in Spanish, reflects his birthplace.
He is the third son and fourth child of David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, who married in 1999. His siblings are:
- Brooklyn Beckham (born 1999), the eldest
- Romeo Beckham (born 2002)
- Harper Beckham (born 2011), the youngest
When David joined LA Galaxy, the family moved to Los Angeles, so Cruz spent part of his childhood in California before the family returned to England.
Educational Background- Schooling Life
Cruz was educated at some of England’s best-known private schools:
- Wetherby School, London: his early schooling
- Millfield School, Somerset: the boarding school where he completed his secondary education
At Millfield, he played for the school football team, and his parents were seen cheering from the sidelines at inter-school matches. He also trained with the Arsenal Academy during his school years, but he chose music over a football career. He has since finished school and works full-time in the music industry.
Family and Personal Life
The Beckhams are one of the most photographed families in the world. David was knighted in 2025, and Victoria has received a French honour for her work in fashion. Cruz is very close to his parents, who regularly attend his shows and post proud messages online. His sister Harper once called him her “role model” in a public tribute.
His brother Romeo is dating model and DJ Kim Turnbull, and Cruz’s partner Jackie Apostel is a regular at family events. In early 2026, Brooklyn made a public statement about the family, and a rift has been widely reported since. Cruz has mostly responded by sharing family photos and focusing on his career.
